Women who serve on corporate boards are still rare in these times but those who do have much perspective to offer talented and ambitious women looking to rise in the corporate ranks.

At a panel discussion held in New York in October 2018 and moderated by Donna Dellosso, Chief Risk Officer for the Americas, three MUFG independent board directors spoke to an audience of colleagues about their career journeys to success.

They also shared their insights into the banking industry, MUFG's business, and our approach to risk management, while offering advice to women looking to advance in their careers. The panel included board directors Yuko Kawamoto, Ann Jaedicke, and Robin Bienfait.
