Real Estate Finance

MUFG group companies support you with Non-Recourse Loans, including loan arrangements, on which principal and interest is to be paid only by the cash flows generated from the underlying assets, such as office, residential, etc. We provide leverage as a loan for the securitization, acquisition, and development of real estate, and J-REITs' financial funding.
