MUFG Cup Graduation Commemorative Soccer Tournament
MUFG Bank holds the annual MUFG Cup graduation commemorative soccer tournament in Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka, inviting sixth graders in elementary school who are about to graduate. The event aims to teach them the importance of bonding with their peers and appreciating those who have supported them through sports. Every year, over 10,000 children participate in this event.
Hosting the MUFG ONE PARK Generational/Regional Exchange Event Through Sports
MUFG is the principal partner of JAPAN RUGBY LEAGUE ONE, as the players' attitude of leveraging their collective strength to move forward on the pitch as a team aligns with MUFG's purpose.
To commemorate our partnership, MUFG has been hosting the MUFG ONE PARK event, where participants can experience the fun of rugby and watch matches.During the 2024 and 2025 seasons, the event was held in various locations such as Tokyo, Kanagawa, Mie, Osaka, Shizuoka, and Aichi, where approximately 13,000 people enjoyed activities such as talk shows and rugby clinics.
