Each overseas base is also individually promoting inclusion & diversity through various initiatives based on their respective challenges. Inclusion & Diversity executives of each region have been meeting regularly since 2010 to share best practices and discusses collaborative efforts that will effectively foster inclusion & diversity on a global basis cross MUFG.

The employees are carrying out independent activities aiming to create a workplace where a diverse range of people can thrive, regardless of race, ethnicity, etc.
